📝 Feedback form

Form fields (implemented by the contact page frontend):

  1. Your name (optional)
  2. Your email (required — used only for reply, never auto-subscribed to the newsletter)
  3. Type of feedback (single select):
    • 🐞 Content error (specify which book + which section)
    • 💡 Product suggestion (something you'd like us to do)
    • 🐛 Functional bug (a page won't load, a button doesn't respond, etc.)
    • 📕 Book / collection suggestion (something you want us to cover)
    • 🤝 Partnership inquiry
    • ❓ Other
  4. Detailed description (required, recommended ≥ 30 characters)
  5. Related URL (required if you're reporting an error)
  6. Screenshot upload (optional, 5MB max per image)
  7. I consent to receiving a reply by email (required)

After you submit:

  • We'll auto-acknowledge within 24 hours
  • Content errors will be fixed or explained within 48 hours
  • Everything else follows the SLAs in the table above

🚫 What we can't help with

  • ❌ Buying books for you / shipping books / locating pirated copies
  • ❌ "Can you give me the full text of [book]?" / "Where can I download the PDF of [book]?"
  • ❌ Writing book reports / essays / summaries for you
  • ❌ One-on-one reading consultation (this is a paid service category — not part of MVP)
  • ❌ Streaming / podcast guesting (we're not staffed for it right now)

But we will reply to every email that isn't one of the above — even if it's just "got it, noted."

🏠 About slow replies

We're not a 24/7 team. If you write on Friday evening, you may not hear back until Monday morning. If something is genuinely urgent (compromised account, privacy breach, clearly illegal content), put [URGENT] at the front of the subject line and we'll prioritize.
