๐ Feedback form
Form fields (implemented by the contact page frontend):
- Your name (optional)
- Your email (required โ used only for reply, never auto-subscribed to the newsletter)
- Type of feedback (single select):

- ๐ก Product suggestion (something you'd like us to do)
- ๐ Functional bug (a page won't load, a button doesn't respond, etc.)
- ๐ Book / collection suggestion (something you want us to cover)
- ๐ค Partnership inquiry

- Detailed description (required, recommended โฅ 30 characters)
- Related URL (required if you're reporting an error)
- Screenshot upload (optional, 5MB max per image)
- I consent to receiving a reply by email (required)
After you submit:
- We'll auto-acknowledge within 24 hours
- Content errors will be fixed or explained within 48 hours
- Everything else follows the SLAs in the table above
๐ซ What we can't help with
- โ Buying books for you / shipping books / locating pirated copies
- โ "Can you give me the full text of [book]?" / "Where can I download the PDF of [book]?"
- โ Writing book reports / essays / summaries for you
- โ One-on-one reading consultation (this is a paid service category โ not part of MVP)
- โ Streaming / podcast guesting (we're not staffed for it right now)
But we will reply to every email that isn't one of the above โ even if it's just "got it, noted."
๐ About slow replies
We're not a 24/7 team. If you write on Friday evening, you may not hear back until Monday morning. If something is genuinely urgent (compromised account, privacy breach, clearly illegal content), put [URGENT] at the front of the subject line and we'll prioritize.
